Patek Philippe originally released the Nautilus 3700 back in 1977. It was the brands take on a stainless steel, luxury sports watch, much like the Royal Oak.
The Nautilus was reinvented in 2006 with ref. 5711– an updated, modernized version. This sleek and stylish version has become the brand’s most sought after reference.
Prices have increased with demand, and many buyers are on waitlists up to 8 years long. Preowned Nautilus 5711’s are fetching almost double retail price, but good luck finding either!
