When you arrive for an appointment with one our associates, please check in with the officer located near the entrance of our building. You will need a drivers license or valid form of identification, and will need to give the officer the name of the associate you have scheduled an appointment with. After being cleared, please proceed directly to the 4th floor to find our showroom.

Whenever you are working on a piece from choosing a stone to the final product, it depends on YOU. We work at your pace. If you love the first stone, the first design, our actual process to cast and make the ring can run from 4 weeks to 8 weeks, depending on how busy our shop is and the time frame you are looking for.
